Emerald Contract Embroidery meets the highest standards for product quality. We can use your garments or source garments from the industry’s premier suppliers like San-Mar, Alpha Broder, River’s End, Cutter & Buck, Carolina Made and more. We use premium thread and backing materials and have process controls and quality checks built into each step of our process. We also have value added services like folding, bagging and special packaging so your product looks great when it’s delivered to your customer.
We’ve designed our process to meet your expectations for clear and consistent communication, high quality and short turnaround times. We provide email updates at each stage of the process from order acknowledgement to receipt and confirmation of goods to shipment notification. We understand the importance of making and keeping commitments in a fast-turn world with short lead times and demanding consumers.
Emerald Embroidery is owned and operated by Steve Riley. Steve has 24 years’ experience in the embroidery and decoration business. He’s run everything from six-needle single heads up to 40+ multi-head machines in a production environment. He and his team understand all the details that have to be right on every piece of every order.
Purchase Orders - Emerald Contract Embroidery (ECE) accepts Purchase Orders via fax and email. Receipt of Purchase Orders will be verified by E-mail. Please review Purchase Order verification for accuracy and respond with any additional information requests. All changes to purchase orders must be documented by email or fax. Digital or Sew-out Proof can be provided within three business days upon request.
Receiving - Upon receipt, each box is opened and the goods inside are counted and verified against your purchase order to confirm quantities, sizes, style numbers, and colors. This allows us to inform our customers immediately if there are discrepancies in their orders and allows them to have replacement goods shipped to us in a timely manner. Receipt of garments and any discrepancies will be verified by E-mail
Ship date - Upon receipt of all garments a firm ship date will be verified by E-mail.
Production and Validation - All embroidered materials pass through our Assembly and Validation departments prior to be packaged for shipping. Standard service includes trimming and folding in bulk pack. To ensure orders leave our facility intact and correct, all orders are validated for correct design usage and logo placement and each outgoing box contains a detailed packing list and is stickered with a custom packing label and your return address. Upon job completion a ship notification and your invoice are sent by E-mail.
Lead time and Shipping - Standard Service: Five (5) working days for digitizing and seven (7) working days for embroidery from the time all goods are received and the design has been approved. Rush service is usually available but additional charges may apply.

- $4.35 for Name or Title personalization
- $0.30 individual folding and bagging
- Orders requiring specialized packaging (labels, hangtags, etc) subject to additional charge
- Spoilage allowance 1.5% per order placement rounded to the nearest unit
- Liability limited to $40 per item sew
- Copyright marks and payment of licensed property royalties is customer responsibility
